《巍巍天山——中国新疆反恐记忆》是由中国国际电视台CGTN拍摄并制作的新疆反恐专题片系列的第三部。该片聚焦普通人物的命运故事，通过对新疆反恐英雄、暴恐案件亲历者和幸存者的重访，向海内外观众展现新疆为维护稳定与安全所付出的巨大代价，进一步揭示新疆暴恐案件的实质，以及中国为铲除极端、打击暴恐、维护社会安全稳定所采取的一系列措施。
摄制团队前期拍摄足迹遍及天山南北，前往喀什、和田、乌鲁木齐、伊犁、阿克苏五个新疆暴恐曾最为严重的地区进行采访。《巍巍天山》共分为四部分：《青山处处》《幸存者说》《反恐之战》《向阳而生》。《青山处处》讲述了为反恐斗争流血牺牲的公安干警的事迹，《幸存者说》讲述暴恐对于普通百姓的伤害，《反恐之战》介绍了恐怖主义在新疆的发展阶段以及应对打击的措施，《向阳而生》则介绍了新疆各族人民对稳定幸福生活的向往。系列前两部反恐专题片《中国新疆反恐前沿》及《幕后黑手——“东伊运”与新疆暴恐》是在美国国会众议院通过所谓“2019年维吾尔人权政策法案”次日连续推出，让一向对中国媒体涉疆报道大肆批驳的西方媒体“集体失声”。《巍巍天山——中国新疆反恐记忆》将于6月19日北京时间七点在中国国际电视台CGTN首播。
